Marketing Lead

We are looking for a Marketing Lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead the growth and marketing efforts behind Arcustin’s mobile games, owning user acquisition, campaign execution, creative testing, playable ads, and the marketing team that will help our games reach and grow their audience.
At Arcustin Games, we are building a mobile game studio that uses AI to reduce friction from idea to scale. Octopus, our proprietary AI studio engine, helps us create, test, market, and grow games with more speed, clarity, and precision. Joining Arcustin means becoming part of the core team early and taking real ownership in shaping the studio’s direction.
Responsibilities
Lead Arcustin’s marketing and growth strategy across current and upcoming mobile games
Collaborate with the Octopus Product Owner and engineering team to shape AI-native marketing workflows, helping automate and improve how we produce creatives, run tests, analyze performance, and make growth decisions
Develop, execute, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, YouTube, AppLovin, and other mobile ad networks
Own campaign planning, budget allocation, audience testing, creative testing, performance monitoring, and scaling decisions
Lead rapid experimentation across creatives, audiences, messaging, store assets, playable ads, and acquisition channels
Work closely with marketing artists, product, data, and technical teams to improve digital marketing strategies and creative performance
Define and monitor key marketing metrics including CPI, CTR, CVR, retention, ROAS, LTV, payback period, and monetization signals
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, user behavior shifts, creative patterns, and growth opportunities
Own playable ad experimentation and production, either hands-on or through strong vendor and partner management
Use platforms such as Adjust, AppLovin, MobileAction, ad network dashboards, and other marketing tools to track, analyze, and improve performance
Turn campaign data, creative learnings, and market signals into clear next-step decisions
Build and lead the marketing team as Arcustin scales its growth operations
Requirements
3+ years of experience in mobile marketing, performance marketing, user acquisition, mobile gaming, or consumer apps
Ability to work with product and engineering teams to translate marketing needs into systems, tools, and AI-powered workflows
Strong hands-on experience with paid acquisition channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, YouTube, AppLovin, and mobile ad networks
Experience with marketing and analytics platforms such as Adjust, AppLovin, MobileAction, or similar tools
Experience creating, managing, or optimizing playable ads
Strong understanding of mobile game growth metrics, attribution, campaign optimization, creative testing, and performance analysis
Creative and results-oriented mindset with strong analytical judgment
Ability to run structured experiments across campaigns, creatives, audiences, store assets, and funnel performance
Genuine passion and interest in mobile games, player behavior, creative performance, and gaming culture
Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with creative, product, data, and technical teams
High ownership standards and the ability to build processes before they are fully defined
Fluent English
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
