We are looking for a People and Culture Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be Arcustin’s first people hire, owning recruitment, candidate experience, employer branding, and the foundations of the culture we want to build.
At Arcustin Games, we are building a mobile game studio that uses AI to reduce friction from idea to scale. Octopus, our proprietary AI studio engine, helps us create, test, market, and grow games with more speed, clarity, and precision. Joining Arcustin means becoming part of the core team early and taking real ownership in shaping the studio’s direction.
Responsibilities;
Lead Arcustin’s end-to-end recruitment process across product, engineering, marketing, data, art, and leadership roles
Work closely with founders and hiring managers to understand talent needs and define clear hiring priorities
Build structured recruitment strategies for identifying, attracting, evaluating, and closing high-caliber candidates
Source and engage strong candidates across gaming, technology, creative, growth, data, and AI-related talent pools
Manage the full hiring cycle from job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offer process, and onboarding
Design and maintain a high-quality candidate experience that reflects Arcustin’s standards and culture
Support employer branding initiatives that communicate Arcustin’s mission, culture, and talent philosophy clearly
Help define and build Arcustin’s people culture around high standards, ownership, execution, clarity, and outlier thinking
Develop company values, ethical codes, people principles, and internal working standards together with the founding team
Build onboarding processes that help new team members understand Arcustin’s operating model, expectations, and culture
Create people operations foundations including HR processes, documentation, policies, role structures, and performance touchpoints
Support employee engagement, motivation, retention, and internal communication initiatives as the team grows
Stay close to talent market dynamics in gaming, technology, AI, creative, and growth functions
Help build a selective but respectful hiring culture where every role is treated as a critical company-building decision
