Studio Operations Specialist
Istanbul / Full-time / On-site
We are looking for a Studio Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will own the administrative, operational, and reporting processes that keep Arcustin’s studio running with clarity, discipline, and structure.
At Arcustin Games, we are building a mobile game studio that uses AI to reduce friction from idea to scale. Octopus, our proprietary AI studio engine, helps us create, test, market, and grow games with more speed, clarity, and precision. Responsibilities;
Manage day-to-day administrative and operational processes of the studio
Support pre-accounting operations including invoice tracking, expense documentation, payment follow-ups, and coordination with external accountants
Organize and maintain company documents, contracts, supplier records, payment files, and operational archives
Follow up on Teknokent-related reporting, documentation, deadlines, and administrative requirements
Coordinate with financial advisors, accountants, legal consultants, Teknokent representatives, vendors, and service providers when needed
Support purchasing, office supplies, equipment tracking, subscriptions, software tools, and vendor management
Help manage internal operational workflows across HR, finance, legal, office administration, and team support
Track recurring payments, operational costs, service agreements, and administrative obligations
Support onboarding logistics for new team members including documentation, equipment, access, and office setup
Help create and improve internal processes, checklists, reporting routines, and documentation standards
Ensure that administrative tasks are completed accurately, on time, and with a high level of ownership
Support the founding team in operational follow-ups, scheduling, coordination, and studio-level execution needs
Requirements
2+ years of experience in administrative operations, office management, finance operations, pre-accounting, or a similar role
Experience with pre-accounting processes, invoice tracking, expense documentation, and accountant coordination
Familiarity with Teknokent, technology development zone processes, or government reporting is a strong plus
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to follow multiple operational processes, deadlines, documents, and stakeholders at the same time
Clear communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal teams and external partners
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, document management tools, accounting-related documents, and operational trackers
Ability to create structure in an early-stage company where processes are still being built
High ownership standards, reliability, and discretion with confidential company information
Practical problem-solving mindset and willingness to handle both strategic follow-ups and hands-on operational tasks
Good command of written and spoken English is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field is a plus
